Noor & Needle

At Noor & Needle, we strive to provide high-quality women’s dresses and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlined below will help you with a smooth process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is received in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers (unless damaged or defective).
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product or size

Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.


4. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request within the eligible return period.
  2. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Hand over the package to the courier partner or ship it as instructed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Reverse pickup may be free only in cases approved by Noor & Needle.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

9. Policy Updates

Noor & Needle reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our official platform.
