At Noor & Needle, we strive to provide high-quality women’s dresses and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlined below will help you with a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is received in its original condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers (unless damaged or defective).
- Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A manufacturing defect
- The wrong product or size
Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Return Process
- Submit a return request within the eligible return period.
- Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Hand over the package to the courier partner or ship it as instructed.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Reverse pickup may be free only in cases approved by Noor & Needle.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
